INSANE Blueberry Crumb Cake Pancake Skillet! Blueberry pancake cake made with a family classic pancake mix + topped with a delicious crumb topping ready in 25 minutes.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 12-inch cast iron skillet (or 9×9 baking dish or round baking dish with oil/butter)
  2. Begin making the pancake skillet by mixing together pancake mix, water and eggs until smooth then fold in blueberries
  3. Add to greased skillet then begin making the crumb topping
  4. Mix together crumb topping ingredients to form the “crumbs”
  5. Sprinkle on top of skillet and bake in oven for 25 minutes or until just perfectly golden brown!
  6. Serve with desired toppings like maple syrup, yogurt, fresh fruit and enjoy!


*Store leftovers in fridge for 5 days or freezer for 2 months. Reheat in oven or microwave.
