Insanely Good Vegan Chocolate Cake Donuts made with all gluten-free and nut-free ingredients. Plus these oven-baked donuts are ready in less than 15 minutes.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a donut tray well (best purchase IMO)
  2. Mix together flax egg, oil, milk, sugar and vanilla until smooth
  3. Mix in flour, cacao powder and baking powder until smooth and fully combined
  4. Using a spoon, fill each donut mold with batter (I filled mine to the top)
  5. Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes then remove from oven and allow the donuts to cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from tray and enjoying!

*You can make these into muffins too if you’d like!
