These oven-baked Lemon Garlic Parmesan Chicken Thighs are a must make! Juicy, tender chicken thighs coated in a delicious marinade and baked in the oven. These are an easy chicken recipe to make weekly!

2–3 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
1/3 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan reggiano
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Extra virgin olive oil
Extra veggies to roast with it: carrots, sliced potatoes, onions, broccoli, etc.
Season with seasoning blend and add the yogurt, garlic and cheese
Using your hands (wear meat handling gloves) and really rub the marinade into the chicken
Add any veggies if roasting, generously drizzle olive oil on top of the veggies then bake for about 1 hour in the oven until the chicken reaches 165 degrees F
