Make your own Yogurt Drinks at home! See money, cut the sugar and have a healthy and delicious snack to share with your kids in just 5 minutes.

Yield: Serves 3-4 1x


  • 1 cup yogurt of choice (I use greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit of choice (I did a mix of berries and also added in banana)
  • Optional: hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds (about 2 tablespoons)


  1. Add the yogurt, fruit and mix-in’s if using to blender
  2. Blend together until smooth (about 30-60 seconds)
  3. Pour into desired cups and enjoy!


*Store in fridge for 3 days
