This One Pan Pizza Chicken is a MUST make. Think chicken parmesan with a twist. Plus it is low carb, cheesy and incredibly easy to make for a weeknight meal.
Pour a generous spoonful of sauce to large baking dish then add chicken
Drizzle oil on top and season with salt, pepper and seasoning
Add the thick slices of cheese on top of chicken followed by pepperoni then remaining sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese (sprinkle additional pepperoni on top if desired!)
Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until internal temperature on chicken reaches 165 F
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and serve while warm
