With layers of matzo, peanut butter, jelly and some dark chocolate, this matzo bark is a must for Passover and it is incredibly easy to make.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil
  2. Cover sheet with matzo, cutting and piecing them together as necessary to fill the pan
  3. Spread the peanut butter on top across the sheets of matzo followed by the jelly
  4. Add to oven to bake for 10 minutes then remove and sprinkle chocolate chips across
  5. Add back to oven to warm for 2-3 minutes then remove from heat and spread chocolate across so it coats the peanut butter/jelly layer
  6. Next add the baking sheet to fridge to set for at least 30 minutes
  7. Remove from fridge, break into pieces and enjoy!

*Store leftovers in fridge for 5 days or freezer for 2 months
