Skillet Turkey Burgers made with Bone Broth

Ingredients

  • 1215 ounces antibiotic-free ground turkey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 cup Bonafide Provisions Bone Broth (any flavor)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large castiron skillet with avocado oil and coat the pan so it is greased
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the ground turkey and spices and mix with a fork
  3. Using your hands, form into 3 burgers and add to the skillet placing an indentation in the center
  4. Turn heat to medium/low then pour in the bone broth and cook for about 4 minutes on each side
  5. Enjoy with veggies, bun, anything!
