Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 9×9-inch baking dish or similar size
First make the sauce, in a medium sauce-pot over medium-low heat add the cubed cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo or hot sauce, black pepper and garlic powder
Whisk constantly until cream cheese has dissolved and remove from heat
Next combine the cooked chicken, green onion, 1 cup each of the mozzarella cheese and 1 cheddar cheese and mix
Transfer to your prepared baking pan and top with remaining cheese
Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes, or until cheese has melted and the sides are starting to bubble
Next broil for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown
Remove immediately and serve with tortilla chips, veggies and crackers
