The BEST Edible Cookie Dough that is paleo, vegan-friendly and takes less than 5 minutes to whip up! A healthier cookie dough that is meant to be spooned and not baked.


  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted and cooled
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen (optional! omit if vegan)
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup chocolate of choice, chopped (code RACHL for free shipping)


  1. In a medium bowl, mix together all of the ingredients besides the chocolate chips until smooth and well combined
  2. Fold in chocolate and ENJOY! How easy was that?! No raw eggs scariness!


**If you’d like to bake these, add about 1/2 teaspoon baking powder or so then bake for 10-12 minutes. I’d assume you’d get around 6-8 cookies or so!
