The BEST Healthier S’mores Cookies made only 6 ingredients, no flour needed! The perfect summery dessert to bake for any occasion. Plus these cookies are gluten-free and dairy free-friendly!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 egg (I haven’t tested flax)
  • 1 cup creamy nut or seed butter (I love using peanut butter)
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (I used mine from JTGS)
  • 1/2 cup cut up marshmallows (I used mine from JTGS)
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (code RACHL for free shipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Whisk together the egg, nut butter and coconut sugar until smooth
  3. Fold in the crushed graham crackers, marshmallows and chocolate chips
  4. Scoop about 2 small spoonfuls of dough into your hand and roll into a ball and gently press down slightly onto the tray and repeat for remaining dough
  5. Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes
  6. Allow the cookies to cool for a few then enjoy!

Notes

*Store in airtight container for 5 days or freezer for 2 months
