Yield: Serves 4-5 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups gluten-free pasta of choice
  • 4 cups milk of choice (I used full-fat coconut milk)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into 4 pieces
  • Add any seasonings you wish!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and take out an 9×13 baking dish
  2. Add the pasta into the baking dish then pour the milk on top followed by 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese and butter then mix
  3. Cover with foil then put in oven to bake for 45 minutes
  4. Remove from heat and spread the additional 1 cup of cheddar cheese on top and bake in oven for another 15 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbly
  5. Serve while warm

*Store leftovers in fridge for 5 days
