The Best Paleo Brownie Cake Ever made with all gluten-free, dairy-free and grain-free ingredients! This is the ultimate dessert for all my chocolate lovers who are craving something extra chocolatey and rich yet still made with healthy ingredients.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8 inch cake pan or 9 inch cake pan well
  2. Whisk together coconut sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla extract and apple cider vinegar
  3. Add in almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut flour and baking powder and mix until smooth
  4. Melt the chocolate chips and allow it to cool for a few then poor into batter (you can skip melting if you want but it makes it extra chocolatey!)
  5. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes (I stick a toothpick in to see if it’s ready)
  6. Allow the cake to cool then frost, slice and enjoy!
