The BEST Vegan Edible Cookie Dough For One!
The absolute BEST vegan edible cookie dough that takes less than 5 minutes to make and 5 seconds to devour! Made with all gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients.
- 1 tablespoon unsalted vegan butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon non-dairy milk (I used a coconut coffee creamer)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup gluten-free oat flour OR 1/3 cup almond flour
- 2–3 tablespoons chocolate chips (code RACHL for free shipping)
- Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl then mix in sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth
- Mix in flour then fold in chocolate chips and enjoy!
- **If you want to to bake this add in 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, pop dough in fridge then bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes
