Yield: Serves 1


  • 1 banana
  • Toppings of choice: granola, nut butter, cinnamon, etc.


  1. Heat air fryer to 400 degrees
  2. Slice a line down the center of your banana (with skin on)
  3. Gently stuff toppings in the center then add to air fryer to cook for 5 minutes
  4. Serve with some yogurt or ice cream on top if desired!


*This tastes best fresh or day of/right from the air fryer
