In a medium mixing bowl, add the almond flour, cacao powder, coconut flour, maple syrup and coconut oil and mix well until a dough forms (a spoon works, you don’t need food processor!)
Fold in dark chocolate and mix again
Add to a greased 8×8 baking dish or loaf pan (I like lining with parchment paper for easier removal)
Add to freezer for 2 hours then slice and enjoy

*Store leftovers in the fridge for 1 week or freezer for a couple of months
