Vegan Chocolate Chunk Brownie Batter Fudge Squares made with 6 ingredients for an easy and healthy homemade brownie batter recipe!

Ingredients

Scale
    • 1 and 3/4 cups almond flour
    • 1/4 cup cacao powder
    • 1/4 cup coconut flour
    • 6 tablespoons maple syrup
    • 1/3 cup liquid coconut oil (I melted this one)
    • 1/2 cup Hu Kitchen Baking Gems (code RACHL for free shipping)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add the almond flour, cacao powder, coconut flour, maple syrup and coconut oil and mix well until a dough forms (a spoon works, you don’t need food processor!)
  2. Fold in dark chocolate and mix again
  3. Add to a greased 8×8 baking dish or loaf pan (I like lining with parchment paper for easier removal)
  4. Add to freezer for 2 hours then slice and enjoy

Notes

*Store leftovers in the fridge for 1 week or freezer for a couple of months
