White Chocolate Brownies (gluten-free)

These are the ultimate white chocolate brownies! Chewy, crinkle top and fudgy center filled with rich white chocolate. Plus this recipe is gluten-free and incredibly easy to make!

Yield: Makes 9-12 brownies 1x




  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a 9×9 or 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside
  2. Combine butter and 6 ounces white chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl
  3. Warm in microwave until melted in 30 second increments, stirring in between
  4. In a large bowl, combine coconut sugar, eggs and egg yolk for about 30 seconds with hand mixer
  5. Mix in vanilla extract and melted white chocolate and mix until combined
  6. Add in flour and baking powder and mix to combine
  7. Fold in white chocolate chips and add batter to baking dish
  8. Bake in oven for 35-45 minutes or until your stick a toothpick in center and it comes out clean
  9. Allow brownies to cool then slice and enjoy!


*Store in airtight container for 5 days or freezer for 2 months
