These White Chocolate Peanut Butter Date Candies are a delicious sweet healthier treat to make using 4 simple ingredients.

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Smash 2 dates together to form a small rectangle. Repeat until you have 10 rectangles.
  3. Smear about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on top of each rectangle.
  4. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
  5. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt white chocolate with oil until smooth.
  7. Dip each frozen date rectangle into melted chocolate, coating fully.
  8. Place back on parchment paper and freeze until firm.
  9. Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
