Epic Gluten-free Buffalo Chicken Burgers

Epic healthy gluten-free Buffalo Chicken Burgers ready in 20 minutes. These are the easiest and tastiest chicken burgers made with all dairy-free and paleo ingredients. Plus they are Whole30 sans bun.

Yield: 4 burgers 1x


  • 1 lb ground chicken (or use turkey)
  • 1/4 cup mild or hot buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach, chopped (or use arugula too!)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tablespoons white onion, chopped into some pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • For serving: lettuce, bun of choice, avocado, tomato, onion, anything!


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a large cast iron skillet or baking dish
  2. Mix together chicken, buffalo sauce, spinach, garlic, onion and spices together
  3. Form into 4 equal sized patties and add to skillet
  4. Bake in oven for about 20 minutes or until fully cooked (I also like to broil for about 1-2 minutes so they get a little charred)
  5. Serve with anything you’d like! I love eating these with my Japanese Sweet Potato Fries or on top of my Vegan Creamy Tahini Caesar Salad (gluten-free)


*Store leftovers in fridge for 5 days or you can freeze for longer
