Loaded Hot Honey, Apple and Brie Pizza! A delicious flatbread pizza topped with caramelized onions, candied walnuts + arugula!

Yield: 1 pizza 1x


  • 1 pizza crust of choice (I used the frozen organic Trader Joe’s one)
  • 1/3 cup caramelized onions (recipe is in my cookbook)
  • Brie, cut into 1 inch squares
  • 1 apple, sliced thin (granny smith, fuji, gala, anything!)
  • 1/4 cup candied walnuts or regular walnuts work too (we made our own candied ones – can do a recipe soon!)
  • 1/3 cup arugula
  • Hot honey for drizzle


  1. Preheat oven to 420 degrees (or whatever the pizza crust directions say)
  2. Add the crust to a large pizza sheet or baking sheet
  3. Add caramelized onions to crust then cheese (spread evenly)
  4. Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is creamy
  5. Evenly sprinkle apples, walnuts and arugula on top then drizzle with hot honey, slice and enjoy!


*Store leftovers in fridge for 5 days. We love making this on the grill too!
