Paleo Brownie Banana Bread with a dreamy chocolate crumb topping! The most delicious and healthy gluten-free and refined sugar-free double brownie banana bread.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a loaf pan
  2. Start by making the banana bread layer but whisk together eggs, water and oil until smooth
  3. Add banana bread mix and mix to completely combine
  4. Next make the chocolate layer by whisking together eggs, melted coconut oil and water large bowl
  5. Add in brownie mix and mix well until complete combined then set aside
  6. Lastly make the chocolate crumble layer by mixing together the melted coconut oil, water and add in the brownie mix
  7. Stir until evenly combined (it may be crumbly, it is ok!)
  8. Pour banana bread on bottom of the pan and spread evenly across
  9. Add the chocolate layer and swirl with a tooth pick if desired, if not just leave as is
  10. Sprinkle the crumble layer on top and bake in oven for 30 minutes then add a layer of tin foil on top and bake for another 30 minutes or until ready! I used toothpick test to see if it is ready
  11. Let the bread cool for before cutting (I know, patience!!)
