Once you try sheet pan grilled cheese – you will become obsessed! The best way to make grilled cheese sandwiches for a group and it gets extra crispy and is still oozing with cheesy in the center.

  • Prep Time: 5 mins
  • Cook Time: 10 mins
  • Total Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Soft-sandwich bread of choice (you can really use any bread you want!)
  • Cheddar cheese (or your favorite grilled cheese cheese)
  • Butter or ghee
  • Any other toppings – you can keep these simple or add in some bacon, tomatoes, veggies, anything you want!

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray
  2. Next spread butter on the outside of each slice of bread (amount of bread/butter will vary based off how many sandwiches you are making)
  3. Place two pieces of cheese on top of one piece of bread and top the cheese with the other side of bread (butter side up) and place the grilled cheese on the baking sheet
  4. Repeat these steps until all bread and cheese are assembled
  5. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 5 minutes then flip the sandwiches and bake for another 3-4 minutes
  6. I then like to broil for about 15-30 seconds so it gets crispy crunchy then remove from oven, slice and enjoy!
