Gluten-free S’mores Rice Krispie Treats made with healthier ingredients like organic brown rice crisps, homemade graham crackers, homemade marshmallows, and dark chocolate.

Instructions

  1. In a large pot warm the butter over medium heat until melted
  2. Add marshmallows and continue to stir until it is melted
  3. Remove pot from heat then add in the cereal and crushed and mix well
  4. Fold in the dark chocolate chips then add mixture to 9×13 dish (line with parchment paper or grease well) and press down firmly
  5. Let the treats set for an hour or so then slice and enjoy!

*Store in airtight container for 5 days
