Gluten-free S’mores Rice Krispie Treats
Gluten-free S’mores Rice Krispie Treats made with healthier ingredients like organic brown rice crisps, homemade graham crackers, homemade marshmallows, and dark chocolate.
- In a large pot warm the butter over medium heat until melted
- Add marshmallows and continue to stir until it is melted
- Remove pot from heat then add in the cereal and crushed and mix well
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips then add mixture to 9×13 dish (line with parchment paper or grease well) and press down firmly
- Let the treats set for an hour or so then slice and enjoy!
