Let’s make a healthier copycat McDonald’s McGriddle everybody. So simple and easy to make plus our version is gluten-free and a game changer for all my breakfast sandwich loving friends.

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Cook Time: 5 minutes
  • Total Time: 10 minutes

Yield: Serves 1




  1. Grease a skillet with a little ghee or butter and warm over medium-high heat
  2. Once pan is hot, lower to medium heat and pour eggs into pan
  3. Once the eggs start to cook, gently fold them up to make an omelette shape then fold again to a triangle
  4. Assemble the McGriddle by adding the pancake, bacon, eggs and cheese then pancake on top
  5. Serve with your favorite maple syrup and enjoy!
