This Buffalo Chicken Chili Soup is going to be your new favorite meal. Especially in the dead of winter when all I personally want to eat are the warm cozy foods all day everyday.

You will have this recipe ready in just 30 minutes and it makes about 4 servings. So needless to say you can either feed your whole fam or prep something and have your food set for a few days. It doesn’t get much better than that!

I love that this recipe is super versatile too. You can use any ground meat you want (I usually use chicken, turkey or beef). And you can top it off with anything you are craving. Whether that is extra cheddar cheese, some chips to scoop like we did and some cilantro for extra flavor. This buffalo chicken soup is packed with flavor and it will have your tastebuds going crazy.

What ingredients you need to make this easy Buffalo Chicken Chili Soup:

  • Olive or avocado oil
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Ground chicken, turkey or beef
  • Sweet potato
  • Frozen corn or canned corn
  • Chili powder, cumin, sea salt
  • Chicken bone broth (or any broth)
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Mild or hot buffalo sauce
  • Ranch dressing

How to make this Buffalo Chicken Chili Soup in just 30 minutes:

  1. Heat a large pot on medium/high heat and add oil, onion, garlic, carrots and celery and sauté for 5 minutes or so
  2. Add in the ground meat and cook over medium heat (just crumble meat into pieces so it cooks in smaller pieces) until meat is fully cooked
  3. Add in the sweet potato, corn, spices, broth and tomatoes and mix together and bring to a boil
  4. Cook for about 20 minutes on medium/low heat, stirring occasionally
  5. Mix in the dressing and buffalo sauce then serve while warm! I usually top it off with some cilantro, cheese and chips

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 3/4 cup diced celery
  • 1 lb ground chicken, turkey or beef
  • 3/4 cup frozen corn or canned corn
  • 1 large sweet potato, sliced into quarters
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 24 ounces chicken bone broth (or any broth)
  • About 18 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup mild or hot buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions
