This Raspberry Lemonade Iced Tea Refresher is a delicious hydrating drink that’s made with just 3 ingredients. It’s easy to prepare and great as a mocktail or make it into a cocktail.
Do you want an easy summertime drink to make? One that can double as both a mocktail AND a cocktail? Well look no further than this delicious homemade raspberry lemonade iced tea refresher. It’s incredibly easy to make, super refreshing, and you only need 3 ingredients to put it together.
While a classic lemonade is the ultimate summertime/warmer weather drink, it is filled with added sugars. And in my opinion, added sugar is for cookies or ice cream or desserts. Not for a refresher like this that is already sweet enough from the fruit!
This combination of raspberries, lemons and iced tea is the ultimate delicious combo. And it tastes great as is or you can serve it with some vodka or tequila if you want to make it into a cocktail of sorts too.
This recipe is very simple. It is kid-friendly and it takes just 5 minutes to make. You can serve it at your next get together and you can make it when your guests are over – it is that easy to prepare! You can use fresh or frozen raspberries and it truly is just SO good!
What ingredients you need to make Raspberry Lemonade Iced Tea Refresher:
- Fresh lemon juice – this is the juice of about 6 lemons
- Halfday Raspberry Iced Tea – I love using this for this refresher. It only has 3 grams of sugar in it and 8 grams of fiber
- Fresh or frozen raspberries – you can use either. I do like fresh for the garnish but I prefer frozen for the refresher itself
- Ice – cubes or crushed can work
- Optional: maple syrup or honey, mint or garnish
How to make this Raspberry Lemonade Iced Tea Refresher:
- Add ingredients to blender and blend until SMOOTH. I blend for a minute or so. Then mix it around and blend again
- Pour to desired glasses (love these plastic ones!) and enjoy!
FAQs on making this watermelon refresher:
- Do I need to strain the drink after you blend it? You can absolutely blend then strain it if you want. I personally don’t as I use a high-speed blender and it doesn’t have chunks to it.
- What kind of alcohol would taste good with this? According to Jordan, tequila, vodka or mezcal works well.
- How long does the raspberry lemonade iced tea stay good for? About 3 days in the fridge but I recommend having it sooner rather than later.
- Do you give this to your kids? My kids are obsessed with this recipe! It is loaded with fruits so it is sugary but they love a good fruity drink! Better to have this than a juice box too.
