5-ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fudge Squares made with gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients and sweetened with manuka honey!
Anyone else used to make chocolate chip cookies just so they can eat the dough? Or even worse, buy ready-to-bake cookies from the grocery store then never actually bake them and just eat all of the dough?
Because that was me pretty much weekly growing up. My mom used to get this BIG tub of cookie dough and keep it in the freezer and when she would leave the house, I’d go take it out of the freezer and eat it straight up with a spoon – ice cream pint style. Then act like I baked cookies when she would ask me why there was dough missing.
I am proud to say that is no longer my dirty little secret or guilty pleasure. Instead I make these 5-ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fudge Squares that have me feeling like I am eating straight up COOKIE DOUGH!
This recipe is almost too good to be true because of how easy it is to make and the ingredients are so simple. I use a mix of almond flour and coconut flour, mixed with Wedderspoon’s Manuka Honey, coconut oil and gold in some dark chocolate chips – THAT IS IT!
Wedderspoon’s honey is the best sweetener for all my no-bake treats. It isn’t over powering, which I love and it adds a quality source of natural honey. Their honey is raw, unpasteurized and goes through an insane quality check process before it’s even sent to the US from New Zealand. You guys have been enjoying recipes with their honey now for over a year, which makes me so happy.
I personally like to keep these in the freezer when the craving for cookie dough strikes. There is a 95% chance they are in there at all times since Jord doesn’t join in on my crazy dough snacking moments but that’s a-okay because more for me.
Don’t forget to share these 5-ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fudge Squares with me on Instagram if you make them! And to whip up some of my other favorite recipes using Wedderspoon’s Manuka Honey here on the blog: Copycat Peanut Butter M&Ms, No-Bake Fudge Brownies and Homemade Paleo Dark Chocolate Twix Bars.

Can you use a different sweetener if you don’t have manuka honey? I have maple syrup and regular honey…
