And these are healthy pancakes that are perfect for toddlers too!

Fluffy yogurt pancakes made with just 5 key ingredients and they are sweetened with BANANA! That is it. Of course until you drown them in maple syrup if you are just like me ha!

These pancakes have become a complete fam favorite over here. Ezra gobbles them up and they are a great option to keep on hand in the freezer for an easy breakfast option. Plus they reheat really well in a skillet or you can pop them in the microwave too. I am obsessed with how simple they are and tasty. Plus you just toss all of the ingredients into the blender and boom! You are set.

The Easiest Gluten-free Yogurt Pancakes made with 5 key ingredients for a healthy and delicious homemade pancake recipe!

What ingredients you need to make these gluten-free yogurt pancakes:

  • Banana – this is the main form of sugar in these! The more ripe the banana, the better these will turn out.
  • Eggs – I haven’t used flax eggs here but they should work too.
  • Gluten-free rolled oats – quick oats may work but I haven’t tested it
  • Greek yogurt – I haven’t used another yogurt but may work if it’s not too liquidy. It should be pretty thick.
  • Cinnamon – this adds some flavor to the pancakes too. No cakes are complete without cinnamon.

How to make these easy yogurt oatmeal pancakes:

  1. Add ingredients to a blender and blend until fully combined! Batter should smooth with *some* oatmeal chunks
  2. Warm a skillet with grass-fed butter, ghee or oil and grease well (I use this skillet)
  3. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter and add to skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side on medium/low heat (don’t over heat!) I flip when the cakes start to bubble a bit
  4. Serve while warm with your favorite toppings

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs (I haven’t used flax eggs here)

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
