Ingredients
- 1 12-ounce cheese tortellinis
- 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze + more for garnish
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 lb salami cubes or small slices
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata or green olives
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
- optional: basil leaves
- 8–10 wood skewers
Instructions
- Cook tortellini per package instructions
- Strain and pour gold water over pasta and set aside and drizzle with about 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
- Pierce each ingredient onto the skewer and slide down towards bottom of skewer. If your salami is in slices, fold it in half then half again so it makes triangle! I bought a log and cut it into cubes
- Stack skewers on platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving
