If I had to pick one condiment to eat for the rest of my life, it would be honey mustard. No questions asked.

I’m not going to lie though, my love affair and obsession with all things honey mustard is brand new. I wasn’t always a fan. In fact, I always thought it was unhealthy for some reason. NO idea why but that was always what I had in head. Until I tried a whole new kind of honey mustard…

The best healthy honey mustard you will ever find…

YUP! You better believe it. I have the honey mustard you have been seeking your whole life for. I obviously cannot really take credit for it since I didn’t make it, but we can thank the crew over at Tessemae’s because their organic honey mustard is insane. I finished an entire bottle in a week (by myself). It is so so good. I use it for pretty much anything but lately, it is for my brussels sprouts.

Tessemae’s makes your dressing and condiment dreams come true. Organic and made with real ingredients and everything is so flavorful. Their dressings are staples here and you guys recently heard about their goods over in those Buffalo Sweet Potato Veggie Burgers (grain-free + dairy-free).

The easiest honey mustard brussels sprouts

I am likely deceiving many of you and you probably think you are getting a homemade honey mustard for the sprouts but not today. Snag some of this and you’ll have your honey mustard brussels sprouts in no time.

These oven-roasted brussels sprouts are just the recipe you will want to keep on rotation all of fall and into winter. They go so well with the toasted almonds and the almonds add that epic crunch to the mix. They take all of 5 minutes to prep then you just pop them right on into the oven and let those babies roast for a bit.

Pair these brussels sprouts with another side and some protein, and you have your meal ready to go. Not to mention these will be the star veggie of any Thanksgiving dinner too. You may want to screenshot these for when November comes along..

I cannot wait to hear what you think! Hope you enjoy these as much as I do.
