I’m not going to lie though, my love affair and obsession with all things honey mustard is brand new. I wasn’t always a fan. In fact, I always thought it was unhealthy for some reason. NO idea why but that was always what I had in head. Until I tried a whole new kind of honey mustard…

YUP! You better believe it. I have the honey mustard you have been seeking your whole life for. I obviously cannot really take credit for it since I didn’t make it, but we can thank the crew over at Tessemae’s because their organic honey mustard is insane. I finished an entire bottle in a week (by myself). It is so so good. I use it for pretty much anything but lately, it is for my brussels sprouts.

The easiest honey mustard brussels sprouts
I am likely deceiving many of you and you probably think you are getting a homemade honey mustard for the sprouts but not today. Snag some of this and you’ll have your honey mustard brussels sprouts in no time.
These oven-roasted brussels sprouts are just the recipe you will want to keep on rotation all of fall and into winter. They go so well with the toasted almonds and the almonds add that epic crunch to the mix. They take all of 5 minutes to prep then you just pop them right on into the oven and let those babies roast for a bit.
Pair these brussels sprouts with another side and some protein, and you have your meal ready to go. Not to mention these will be the star veggie of any Thanksgiving dinner too. You may want to screenshot these for when November comes along..

Honey Mustard Brussels Sprouts with Toasted Almonds
Easy Honey Mustard Brussels Sprouts with Toasted Almonds for an easy and delicious healthy brussels sprouts recipe!
- Prep Time: 5 mins
- Cook Time: 45 mins
- Total Time: 50 minutes
- 4–5 cups organic brussels sprouts (this was about 2 large bags for me)
- 1/4 cup Tessemae’s Organic Honey Mustard
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1/3 cup raw almonds
- Salt + pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
- Rinse/wash the brussels sprouts as you prefer then cut off ends and slice each in half
- Add to a large bowl with honey mustard, avocado oil, almonds, salt and pepper and mix well
- Add to baking sheet and bake in oven for about 40 minutes, shaking the tray every 15 minutes or so
- Broil for the last 2 minutes if you want to get them extra crispy!
- Remove from oven and enjoy as you wish
*These will stay good in fridge for 5 days
