These 5-ingredient Blueberry Magic Cookies are the easiest and most delicious healthy cookie-like snack! They’re vegan and gluten-free and a family favorite.
You guys are going to be obsessed with these cluster cookies!! I have shared Viral 4-ingredient Magic Cookies and Apple Pie Magic Cookies and this version is my newest obsession.
Magic Cookies are hands down such an underrated snack to make. You only need a few ingredients and I love how easy they are to bake. They’re great to have on hand for a quick snack that is fueling but also satisfies sweet cravings for a cookie too.
You will obsess over these because this recipe is quick and easy and they’re healthy and so so satisfying. The crunchy texture and sweet and a little salty flavor is perfection in these cookie clusters. I think of this version as a blueberry pie kind of twist with these magic cookies.
Magic cookies are a sought-after recipe. I cannot wait to hear what you guys think of this blueberry version too!
If you are someone who finds yourself digging for trail mix for that mid-morning or late-afternoon slump, you will fall in love with these cluster cookies too. I cannot wait to hear what you think of them.
What ingredients you need to make these magic cookies:
- Walnuts – I like to use raw walnuts for this version, but you can use cashews if you want
- Unsweetened coconut flakes – I prefer unsweetened because the condensed milk add sugar to the cookies
- Graham crackers – I love adding these in! Use gluten-free if needed
- Sweetened condensed coconut milk – please don’t sub this for regular coconut milk. If you want to sub it, use regular sweetened condensed milk
- Wild blueberries – I like to use the tiny juicy blueberries for these. I like them to be frozen but fresh could work too
How to make Blueberry Magic Cookies:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a large bowl, mix together cookie ingredients except blueberries until fully combined
- Fold in blueberries
- Scoop about 1/4 batter onto sheet to form cookie. Make sure the ingredients are pressed together then repeat for remaining batter (don’t worry about cookies spreading!)
- Bake in oven for 13-15 minutes or until just about golden
- Allow the cookies to cool for a few then enjoy!
FAQs on these Magic Cookies:
- What are magic cookies? Great question! These are my random crunchy cookie-like snack that I love to make. They’re trail mix-like with the coconut flakes, nuts and blueberries for this version. They satisfy that crunchy snack craving and also a sweet craving in one.
- Can I use other nuts or the condensed milk? Walnuts can be subbed for cashews for sure. I haven’t tried another nut though. For the condensed milk, I use sweetened condensed coconut milk and you can sub the traditional condensed coconut milk but that is all I recommend!
- What is the best way to store these clusters? In the fridge for 5 days or freezer for 2 months. I love having them cold. But you can let them come to room temp or warm up for a few seconds if preferred.
- Can I give these to my kids? I give them to my toddlers. As long as no allergies are involved, I don’t see why not!

Hi
I just saw your recipe looks delish. I would love to make for a friend for Christmas as they are allergic to nuts among many other things. what would you use for a substitution for the nuts??
Thank you!~
Rachel
i wouldn’t recommend a sub for the nuts! sorry but i haven’t tested and i’d hate for you to try it and it not work. many of my other cookie recipes are nut-free though!
