5-ingredient Healthy Berry Crumble made with all vegan, paleo and gluten-free ingredients in my air fryer!
I am officially on an air fryer binge and obsession. You name it, I’m air frying it these days.
I was a bit hesitant to purchase an air fryer for awhile if we’re being totally honest. The thought of having another appliance in the kitchen was stressing me out with our small space and I felt like it wasn’t something I needed.
Jordan on the other hand, was itching for one. He is the savory food king over here and loves testing out different and creative recipes with veggies, meats, anything. So when the Emeril Lagasse team generously offered to send one to have us test in the kitchen, he wasn’t going to say no and I am beyond glad he convinced me otherwise! Plus it isn’t everyday that someone offers to send a new appliance to you and I am so grateful that Emeril Lagasse offered to do so.
So what’s the hype with this air fryer?
The air fryer Emeril Lagasse sells is called the Emeril Power Airfryer 360. And what is unique about this one compared to others is how many other features it has too. It 9 appliances in one (I am not kidding). You can airfry, reheat, toast, bake, rotisserie, dehydrate, roast, broil, bagel, pizza, slow cook and warm. That is a mouthful – I know, but how cool! Plus it has five heating elements. It definitely isn’t an impulse purchase to order, I get it! But let’s just say if my family members are on my good side this holiday season….maybe they’ll get one 😉
First I made that cauliflower gnocchi in it using the airfry feature (see here) and it was a game changer. I love that gnocchi and make it quite often so when I got to try it in the air fryer, it was a game changer. Then I tested out this 5-ingredeint Healthy Berry Crumble and it turned out so so good. It was the crispiest crumble I have made to date, thanks to the fryer and it only took 15 minutes in the air fryer.
You will need 5 simple ingredients to make it and it only makes 2 servings since I use a smaller cast iron skillet. I enjoyed this for breakfast but it can 100% be a fun dessert too! Full recipe is below and I hope you guys love! Don’t forget about the 3-minute Paleo Peach Crisp too. Another favorite!

Hello Rachel!
I was hoping to try this recipe out soon but don’t own an air fryer. Do you have any suggestions about alternative ways to bake the crumble? Any ideas works be appreciated.
Hope you and your family are healthy and doing well.
