This GARLIC BREAD – OH MY GOSH!
This is about to rock your world friends. So insanely much that you are not going to know what hit you when you take your first bite. The flavors in this garlic bread are just out of control. It is the most epic recipe to make to go with your favorite pasta or just to snack on. Or heck serve as an appetizer or side dish whenever you want.
I have a feeling you guys will love this as much as we do!
What ingredients you need to make epic garlicky bread at home:
- Bread of choice (we used this bread – all we had and it was so good!)
- Garlic (about 6-7 cloves)
- Unsalted butter, softened
- Fresh basil and oregano, diced (I did about 1 tablespoon total)
- Freshly grated parmesan cheese
How to make the best damn garlic bread:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Cover the garlic in foil and roast in oven for about 30 minutes
- Meanwhile, add butter and herbs to a medium bowl then squeeze the garlic cloves into the bowl (the insides of the garlic!!)
- Mix well with a spatula or wooden spoon so it is smooth
- Generously smear the bread with the garlic spread and bake in oven for 10 minutes
- Remove from heat and sprinkle cheese on top of bread and bake again for 5-10 minutes or until ready (the time will vary based off the size of the bread)
- Eat while warm!
