Delicious Halloween Mummy Brownies! These are the cutest brownies to make for Halloween and they’re kid-friendly and easy to make!

These are hands down the cutest brownies ever!!!!

I love these so much you guys!! They are absolutely perfect and the best idea to make for Halloween for any parties or anything. Or as a fun activity to do with your kids. And if you want to get real crazy, you can even use some cookie cutters to cut them into shapes too.

But let’s take a moment to talk about the mix we are using. Now you guys know I am the first to make my own brownies from scratch. But today we are using the Miss Jones Baking Co. Everyday Delicious Brownie Mix and in all honesty – this is some of the best brownie mix I have had, especially for one that is “healthier”. They’re 100% whole grain and contain 25% more chocolate than the leading brand. You wouldn’t even know these are healthier than others. And don’t even mention to anyone that they have 50% less sugar thanks to Miss Jones and her genius ideas over there. They are so tasty and have more chocolate than you are used to in brownie mix to!

Crazy – right?!

What you need to make mummy brownies!

• Eggs
• Melted coconut oil (or oil of choice)
• Water
• Miss Jones Baking Co. Everyday Delicious Brownie Mix (code MISSJONES20)
• Chocolate chips of choice (code RACHL)
• White chocolate chips (for decorating!!)
• Candy eyes if desired!

How to make these halloween brownies:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line an 8×8 baking dish or 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper
2. Whisk together eggs, water and oil
3. Add in brownie mix until smooth then fold in extra chocolate chips
4. Add batter to 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish and bake for 30-32 minutes in oven
5. Allow the brownie to cool completely then slice into 9 pieces, drizzle with chocolate and add eyes!
