LITTLE BITES WEEK! I LOVE YA!! Day 4 and we have been quite busy over here friends.

For a quick recap, we made: Little Bites Chocolate Chip MuffinsGluten-free Mini Banana Walnut Muffins, + Mini Blueberry Muffin Bites (gluten-free). And. don’t forget those Copycat Little Bites Party Cake Muffins from last month.

Heck YES baby!!! Let’s make some mini brownie bites. The dessert I craved 24/7 growing up. These cutie little brownies that hit the spot every single time.

And the best part? Instead of having a few in a bag – you can eat as many as you wish. This was my complaint about the classic ones in the bag – I need more you know?! Plus these are super easy to bake at home. And they are gluten-free, nut-free and can be dairy-free if you use vegan butter.

They are so fudgey and chocolatey and absolutely delicious. Plus they taste so good frozen OR fresh out of the oven. And the best part of making mini ones is that you don’t have to let them cool for as long. Huge perk when you have basically no patience like I do ha!

Okay now let’s hop to it guys!!!

  1. I finally got a chance to make these today and oh my gosh! They are amazing! The family loves them and I know they won’t last long.

  2. Have you baked them in a regular pan and cut in square like a traditional brownie? I would like to skip the mini pan.

  3. Hi Rachel, is the butter melted or softened? I know i’m late to the party but i can’t seem to move on from your brown butter chocolate chip cookie. obsessed…
