How to make Blueberry Yogurt Bark! Such an easy protein-filled snack great to kids, adults. This viral recipe is your new freezer staple.s

We are on a ROLL with yogurt bark over here.

And I know it sounds crazy, I am just as stunned as you but apparently this is a hot commodity. After having over 10M views combined between IG and Tiktok on my vegan version and regular yogurt bark, it was time to take it up a few levels.

Here is the latest version – my Blueberry Yogurt. Filled with extra protein and topped with crunchy granola. This flavors amazing. I cannot wait to hear what you think!

What ingredients you need to make Blueberry Yogurt Bark:

  • Greek yogurt or cashew yogurt – either one works. I haven’t tried another yogurt here.
  • Frozen blueberries – I haven’t tried with with fresh but I think frozen would be best.
  • Water – filtered or sink water is fine
  • Protein powder of choice – I love adding this for extra protein and flavor. Plus the one use tastes like cake.
  • Granola – or you can do nuts, coconut flakes, anything crunchy! Cacao nibs are great too here.

How to make yogurt bark in the freezer:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Blend together blueberries, water and protein powder until a jam-like consistency is made (you may need more water)
  3. Mix the blueberry protein mixture into a bowl with the yogurt
  4. Spread the mixture across to create a thin layer (about 1/2 inch)
  5. Evenly sprinkle granola across
  6. Add to freezer to set for at least 2 hours then break into pieces
  7. Store in a large ziplock bag or freezer-friendly container in the freezer

FAQs on making yogurt bark:

  • How long does it take for yogurt to freeze? Usually 1 hour but I like to leave it for 2 or so to get it very frozen.
  • Can you use another fruit besides blueberries? Yes you can use frozen strawberries too.
  • Can you take this snack on the go? It melts pretty quickly so I recommend eating within a few minutes or packing in a cooler pack.
