Dreams really do come true guys. Especially crazy dreams that are all about food like mine (sad but true.. HA!). We are making a BEC sandwich INSIDE A waffle. And it’s going to blow your mind. You are going to be confused as to why you haven’t been making this every weekend for your entire life because they are so good. And so easy to make.
I am going to make 2022 the year of the waffle iron over here because I don’t use it as much as I should. It is such a fun little gadget to have and I do not use it enough.
I love love using my mini waffle iron so if you are on the fence – definitely order one.
What ingredients you need to make breakfast stuffed waffle sandwiches:
- Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- Avocado oil
- Cold non-dairy milk or regular milk
- Egg
- Anything you want to stuff in the waffle! I used bacon, egg and cheese
How to make a bacon egg and cheese STUFFED waffle sandwich:
- Warm your waffle iron and set aside (I use this mini one)
- Combine the pancake mix with the oil, milk and egg
- Sprinkle some extra mix onto a flat surface and roll out the dough about 1/2 inch in thickness
- Cut into about 6 even rounds (or however big you need to make for your iron)
- Add desired toppings to one round then cover with another and pinch the sides together
- Cook in waffle iron until ready and serve while warm
