These Chocolate Bacon Wrapped Pretzels are GOLDEN! And one of our favorite sweet and savory snacks to munch on right now.
I have no words to even describe how completely insane these bacon wrapped pretzels are.
This is probably one of the most random recipes I have ever made. We had some extra pretzel rods in the house and I wanted to figure out something different to do with them. I obviously thought to make chocolate covered ones only first with some sprinkles. Since that is one of the best snacks imaginable. But I also wanted to make something a little different you know?
Which brings us to today’s recipe – BACON WRAPPED PRETZELS WITH CHOCOLATE!
These are super easy to make and I cannot wait to hear what you think!!
What ingredients are in these bacon chocolatey pretzels:
- Pretzel rods
- Bacon, uncooked
- Dark chocolate chips
How to make bacon wrapped pretzels with chocolate:
- Preheat to 350 degrees and line a large baking sheet with foil and parchment paper (makes for easy clean up) then if you have a rack of sorts (see photo above) add on top as well as this helps ensure it’s crispy
- Cover each pretzel with one piece of bacon so it covers the entire pretzel
- Bake in oven for about 30 minutes or until bacon is crispy
- Allow the pretzels to cool completely on tray then melt chocolate and drizzle on top!
