These Raspberry Chocolate Yogurt Clusters are a must-make! One of the viral desserts all over social media and it is packed with protein, satisfies a sweet tooth and they’re made with 5 ingredients. Plus these are gluten-free and can easily be made dairy-free with another yogurt option.
You know I love a good freezer dessert. As does my 5 year old, Ezra. These yogurt clusters popped off on the internet a few months ago. And I have made other versions similar to these like my Easy Blueberry Yogurt Bark. We love a recipe like this. It’s lower in sugar, has protein from the greek yogurt and it is the kind that stays good in the freezer for 2 months or so. Granted it never lasts long here.
If you love a fruity chocolatey dessert, you will love these. Especially all my chocolate raspberry lovers. You have likely seen these clusters somewhere on social media too, so take this as a sign that it is time for you to try them too.
I can’t wait for you to try these clusters. They are absolutely delicious and worth the hype. Not to mention they’re a great no-bake dessert option for the summer time. You don’t have to turn your oven on to make these and they’re pretty refreshing. As Ezra says “mommy, I need a dessert to cool down”. I kid you not – he tells me this ha!
These raspberry yogurt clusters won’t disappoint. I can’t wait for you to try them. Let me know if you do and what you think!
What ingredients you need to make raspberry yogurt clusters:
- Greek yogurt – I do plain to keep it lower in sugar but you can use any yogurt you’d like. Even a dairy-free version should work well
- Raspberries – I like fresh over frozen since we mash them into the yogurt
- Honey or maple syrup – optional to add this for a little extra sweetness. I don’t but some may want to
- Creamy peanut butter – optional too but I love the PBJ vibes from adding it
- Granola – I used this one – code RACHL30
- Chocolate chips – dark chocolate chips are my favorite but really any can work
How to make these raspberry chocolate yogurt clusters:
- Add the yogurt and raspberries and sweetener if using to a bowl and mash all together
- Mix in the granola thoroughly
- Add scoops of yogurt mixture to a parchment paper lined baking sheet
- Add a dollop of peanut butter on top of each
- Set in freezer for about 1-2 hours or until yogurt clusters are set
- Next melt chocolate (add coconut oil if needed) then carefully dip each cluster into chocolate using a spoon and add back to baking sheet (you can add flakey sea salt if you want too)
- Allow the clusters to set in freezer again and enjoy!
Tips and FAQs on making these yogurt clusters:
- What is the best way to store these clusters? In the freezer for up to 2 months! My kids love them from the freezer but I like to let them thaw out for a few minutes before eating.
- Can I use another yogurt if I am dairy-free? Yes! Coconut yogurt is another great option for this recipe. The thinner the yogurt, the icier it’ll be so I like a creamy yogurt in this recipe.
- What about another fruit? Totally! Fresh strawberries, blackberries or blueberries are great in these too.
- Is this recipe okay for kids? That is up to the parent/guardian. My 5 year old and 3 year old love these. My 1 year old doesn’t dabble in desserts yet but he’d gobble them up too!
- Let the yogurt cluster freeze completely before coating in chocolate so it doesn’t fall apart. The more they freeze, the easier it will be to coat them.
