Here are 3 High Protein Lunch Ideas for School to make for your kids or yourselves.

Getting protein into your kid’s diet can be nearly impossible for many. I am always trying to find different ways to make sure my kids are eating enough protein daily. And also making sure they actually will eat what I am making.

These are 3 of my go-to ideas for lunch for them when I want to make sure it satisfies both their tastebuds but also protein needs. I love using egg wraps for them because they can be served room temperature, cold or warm. And there are so many different ways to utilize them.

I am sharing 3 different ways in this blog post, but really there are tons more combinations to choose from. And these are each great to prep the night or day before for lunch. Or they are quick enough to make the morning of before school, camp or whatever is on your agenda.

I cannot wait to hear what you and your kids think of these ideas. The pizza quesadilla is a personal favorite of mine too.

What ingredients are in these protein-filled lunch ideas:

Banana sushi:

Pizza quesadilla:

  • Egg white wrap – we love these ones! You can use any tortillas you want though but the egg ones do pack in the protein
  • Sauce – I use a red sauce but pesto also works well
  • Shredded cheese 

Turkey roll ups:

  • Egg white wrap – we love these ones! Or you can use almond flour tortillas or any tortilla!
  • Cream cheese
  • Turkey breast 
  • Handful spinach and cucumber 

How to make these 3 protein-packed lunches:

Idea 1:

  1. Smear wrap with nut butter then add banana on top, sprinkle of cinnamon roll up then slice and serve

Idea 2:

  1. Smear sauce across wrap then sprinkle cheese
  2. Fold down the wrap then crisp over greased skillet for about 2 minutes on each side
  3. Slice into quarters and serve or add to lunchbox

Idea 3:

  1. Smear cream cheese across wrap then add turkey and veggies
  2. Roll up and slice into quarters and pack in lunchbox or serve
