This 2-ingredient Strawberry Ice Cream is a staple in our home! It is an easy and healthy frozen snack that my kids love too and it is vegan, gluten-free with no added sugars.

Who is ready to make the easiest most delicious “ice cream” ever?! This is my go-to recipe when I want something healthy and refreshing but also want ice cream. This recipe gives me full on fro-yo store vibes. I fill my bowl with as much “ice cream” as I want, add any toppings and devour. You can add anything you want on top. I love doing chocolate chips, sprinkles, peanut butter and some melted chocolate together. The combination is amazing.

This is also a recipe that my kids love to eat too. We make this after dinner all the time. And my 3 year told really thinks it’s ice cream. Granted when we go to the ice cream store he either gets strawberry or mint chip (he is so my kid). So when we make this strawberry ice cream, it’s in his flavor wheel house.

I cannot wait to hear what you guys think of this recipe!! Don’t forget to tag me on Instagram and Tiktok if you try it.

What ingredients you need to make 2-ingredient Strawberry Banana Ice Cream:

  • Frozen bananas – it is helpful to have them cut into quarters so it breaks up easier in blender
  • Frozen strawberries – I had fresh on hand so I just put those in the freezer before hand for a bit and used them
  • Topping ideas: chocolate chips, coconut flakes, sprinkles, nuts!

How to make easy Strawberry Banana Ice Cream:

  1. Add the frozen bananas and strawberries to food processor and blend for about 2 minutes total until smooth. I stop every 20 seconds or so to stir the inside up and make sure no pieces are stuck.
  2. Remove from food processor and add desired toppings and enjoy while cold!
