The best White Bean Feta Dip that takes 5 minutes to make with just 5 ingredients. The easiest dip recipe that is always a crowd pleaser.
Can we just take a moment to acknowledge how gorgeous white bean feta dip is?! Oh my gosh. Between the insane flavor of the recipe itself plus how easy it is to make – this is going to be your new go-to recipe.
This was inspired by a dip we had at a restaurant awhile back. We love eating greek food and mezze type dishes. Feta cheese is a staple in our fridge. And when it comes to making an appetizer that is quick and easy – it doesn’t get better than this everybody!
What ingredients you need to make white bean feta dip:
- White beans – this is the main ingredient besides the feta cheese. I love how it adds fiber and protein to the dish but these beans are not too strong in flavor.
- Garlic clove – I’d probably put 3 in here if it was up to me but I also love garlic.
- Feta cheese – salty crumbly feta cheese! We love buying an authentic brand at the store for this and using some of the water from the feta cheese container for the salt.
- Extra virgin olive oil – look for higher quality olive oil whenever you can
- Lemon juice + fresh parsley
How to make this dip in 5 minutes:
- Add the beans, cheese, water, oil and lemon juice to a food processor and blend until creamy (but with some chunks)
- Spread across a plate or add to a bowl then drizzle an olive oil swirl on top if desired and some fresh parsley
- Scoop with your favorite bread, crackers or chips and enjoy!
FAQs about white bean feta dip:
- Can you make this dip in advance? Absolutely! It is so easy to make and keep in fridge. The flavors also really come together when they set for a day or so.
- What if I don’t like white beans? You really don’t taste them. The feta cheese is really overpowering compared to the white beans themselves. If you like feta cheese, you will love this recipe.
- What do I serve this with? If it an appetizer, definitely crackers or bread. I also love using this in my dinner or lunch bowls. So a big bowl of greens and grains with chicken, hummus, this dip, olives, etc. Kind of like a mezze bowl.
