WHAT THE WHAT?! Holy ISH you guys. Why haven’t we been making lasagna dip every single day for our lives?! Jord totally nailed this recipe. It was 100% his idea when we had some leftovers from our lasagna roll ups. And I cannot get over how good this turned out. Ezra himself was devouring the chips and he can’t get over the fact that they are noodles turned into chips.

This is such a good idea for an appetizer of sorts to make. Or even a fun meal if you want to switch things up a bit.

Not to mention it is so easy to make and comes together in less than 20 minutes.

What ingredients are in lasagna dips:

  • Cooked ground beef (or any ground meat)
  • Pasta sauce of choice
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Shredded mozzarella
  • Parmesan cheese to garnish if desired
  • Olive oil or avocado oil
  • Lasagna noodles, cooked (or your preferred noodles!)

How to make noodle chips and lasagna dip:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease 2 small ramekins or a small skillet
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together lasagna dip ingredients then fill the ramekins
  3. Cut each lasagna noodle into 2 inch pieces then add to baking sheet and grease with oil (I just used spray) and sprinkle cheese across
  4. Then bake in oven with the dip for about 15 minutes, flipping the chips over half way through
  5. Enjoy while warm!
