  2. Next add the onion and pepper to large bowl and toss in olive oil and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
  3. In a large skillet or large griddle, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the onions and peppers.
  4. Cook the vegetables until they are soft and caramelized, stirring occasionally—about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Once done, remove them from the skillet and set them aside.
