I made fifty Cashew Pesto Pizza Crackers.. Who’s coming over to party?!

No but really, I whipped up these delicious gluten-free pizza crackers and they are so good and too easy to make. I cannot wait to share them with you today.

Ever since moving into our new home, we are always having friends and family over to see the place and entertain. This is so much fun for us to finally do since our last apartments were so tiny and we could barely fit the two of us let alone a crew of people.

Of course with entertaining comes lots of food and drinks to serve. I love making all the delicious treats to give to our friends, but I am always thinking of some easy savory ideas to serve up. I have to remember not everyone has a massive sweet tooth like me 😉

If you want something quick and easy to serve to your guests, these Cashew Pesto Pizza Crackers are it. I whipped up a simple 4 ingredient pesto using cashews, greens, avocado oil and garlic. Then added it on top of Glutino’s Gluten Free Multigrain Crackers with some fresh goat cheese and pine nuts. You can use any of Glutino’s Gluten Free Crackers for this. They have a variety of pretzels, bagel chips and more that are perfect for fun appetizers! Continue Reading

Simple and Easy Dark Chocolate Coconut Butter Pretzel Truffles that are gluten-free!Simple and Easy Dark Chocolate Coconut Butter Pretzel Truffles that are gluten-free!

If you invite me over for the holidays, there’s a 99% chance I am bringing some type of truffle along with me for dessert.

I love making chocolatey truffles and they are always a crowd pleaser at dinner parties and over the holidays. I am someone who wants dark chocolate of sorts after dinner so when there isn’t any served, I end up going home and eating some anyways. Anyone else a complete dark chocolate addict?!

Bringing truffles ensures that our craving will be satisfied, and there are so many truffle possibilities (see all my truffle recipes here!).

These Coconut Butter Pretzel Truffles though are my recent favorite. They are sweetened with dates and are made of simple and easy ingredients. Plus the salty pretzel flavor and crunch on top compliments the sweet chocolatey flavor so much.

I use Glutino Gluten Free Pretzel Twists in these truffles and they are so good! Glutino makes all gluten-free products like cookies, flours, chips, anything! I love finding unique ways to use their products in recipes to switch up how you enjoy all of their goods.

Creamy 5-minute Avocado Hummus for an easy gluten-free dip!Creamy 5-minute Avocado Hummus that is vegan and gluten-free!

Does avocado have any limits? No it does not.

Avocado has officially taken over my kitchen. And we are doing more than just making toast and smashing it on top friends. Last week we made the BEST chocolate fudge cookies with avocado. We also made that avocado orgasm smoothie (ya you read that right) and now we are making some avocado-amazing HUMMUS. Because why not?

This hummus takes a total of 5 minutes to make and it will change your world.

My 5-minute Creamy Avocado Hummus also has NO chickpeas in it. So anyone stay away from legumes, I gotchu covered. Jord doesn’t do chickpeas much so I am always looking for some new creamy dips to munch on. Continue Reading

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Cheesecake Bites made with a gluten-free pretzel crust!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Cheesecake Bites made with a gluten-free pretzel crust!Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Cheesecake Bites made with a gluten-free pretzel crust!

It is likely that I will only be eating cheesecake made out of this pretzel crust moving forward.

You guys, these cheesecake bites are SO GOOD. They’re the best mix of salty and sweet and don’t be fooled, they don’t have any cheese in them 😉 I personally am not a huge fan of your standard cheesecake so making a dairy-free cheesecake center is a dream. I don’t know why but the thought of eating ordinary cheesecake has always kind of made me squirm.

But this crust though. That is the real star of the show because the cheesecake crust is made out of PRETZELS! Yup like the ones you snack on or dip in mustard. Or if you are my mom or myself, combine with potato chips and eat them together for the best salty snack imaginable. Continue Reading

Healthy Homemade Peanut Butter Snicker Cups for an easy gluten-free crunchy treat!Healthy Homemade Peanut Butter Pretzel Snickers Cups

You are hungry. You want something to snack on. The first thing I ask myself is “salty or sweet?”. 99% of the time I want something sweet but there are days I’m like “gimme the chips”. Then there are days I want salty and sweet at the same exact time. Insert chocolate covered pretzels..

But now these Healthy Homemade Peanut Butter Pretzel Snickers Cups are the answer to the salty and sweet cravings. They are slightly orgasmic. Filled with creamy peanut butter, roasted peanuts and crunchy salty pretzels, your tastebuds are going to go absolutely insane.

They are of course easy to make. No complicated process or yucky ingredients. Dark chocolate shell filled with the goods inside.

To make these treats gluten-free, I use Glutino Pretzel Chips. Pretzel Chips are my absolute favorite type of pretzel. I love how thin and crispy they are and they are the best to dip into hummus and guac by the way. Glutino has oh so many types of pretzels and they are all amazing to use in the most random and delicious ways. Glutino makes a variety of gluten-free items and even sells gf flour. They have been making gluten-free a thing since before it was actually where it is today. I call them the originator of the gluten-free products. Continue Reading

These brownies though. Healthy Fudgy Sea Salt Pretzel Brownie Bites, oh my gosh.

Basically little bites of sweet and salty chocolate heaven. I mean just look at that fudggeeeee layer.

My favorite kind of dessert is always something chocolate related. Always has and always will be. I never understand people who order fruit or something and call it dessert. Or a cheese plate, like really? Cheese for dessert? Obviously I am not judging, it is really just something I truly do not get.

But then again people can look at me and not get my endless love affair for chocolate. Continue Reading
