Family Food Prep
Family Food Prep is key to eating a healthy and delicious meal in our home. By cooking for less than 2 hours one day a week, you will be able to get a healthy, nutritious and tasty meal on the table each night for you and your family (If you were to cook dinner for 30-60 minutes each night during the week – it ends up taking longer than doing a food prep!).
Our approach to food prep is a bit different than others. We like to make basic things that we can mix and match all week long and not get sick of what we made. So if the craving for tacos hits one night and the next you want pasta – you have ingredients in the fridge cooked and ready to go to make either of those happen. Plus you can tweak quantities to work for your home. So whether you are a family of 1 or 8 – our approach to Family Food Prep can work for you!
