The best addition to our kitchen: AN EPIC GRILL PAN! We don’t have a grill (yet) because apartment living… but I live with a man who is obsessed with grilling everything. I swear he’d grill my baked goods if we had one ha!

When we saw that these new grill pans came out with this dutch oven – we ordered it ASAP. A few days later they were totally sold out too, so that’s how you know they are quite popular.

We have been using the grill pan for everything around here. Eggs, quesadilla, warming up leftover pizza, everything! But most recently we have been grilling up some STEAKS like a boss thanks to our grill pan. Plus it is the lid to the dutch oven so after the steaks cooked, we also sautéed some peppers and onions to add to these tacos and them the infamous CHIMICHURRI!

Let’s talk about chimichurri though friends –

I don’t think mcjordO has been so obsessed with a recipe before. He literally put this chimichurri on everything. And I have to give him full credit here as this was his idea and it was one of the most gorgeous things I have ever had some out of our kitchen. And don’t even get me started on the flavor! It is absolutely amazing.
