This Creamy Vegan Fruit Yogurt Dip is made with just 3 ingredients and it is absolutely delicious! Perfect snack for kids and adults and has no added sugar.
This fruit dip is my kid’s favorite thing to snack on right now! And as someone who is pretty aware of sugar intake, I love that this adds some healthy fat and protein to their snack to go with the fruit. Snacking on just fruit is delicious but it’s sugary and I always like to pair a protein and fat with it as well.
You can whip up this fruit dip in just 5 minutes and you only need 3 ingredients to make it. No materials or kitchen equipment needed either. All you do is add the ingredients in a bowl and stir to create the dip – it is that easy!

What ingredients are in this vegan yogurt fruit dip:
- Creamy vegan yogurt – you can use regular or greek yogurt if you prefer as well
- Creamy peanut butter – or use any creamy nut butter you prefer. I love peanut the most here
- Cinnamon – I love sprinkling this in the yogurt for dipping
- Fruit for dipping – fresh berries, banana, apple, anything you’d like!
How to make fruit dip with 3 ingredients:
- In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, peanut butter and cinnamon and set aside
- Wash and slice fruit you’d like to use for the dip and enjoy! I like dipping bananas, berries and apple slices.
FAQs on making yogurt dip:
- Can you use any yogurt for this? Yes! I used a vegan cashew one from Trader Joe’s. I like to use plain yogurt so it doesn’t have added sugars in it.
- Can you add sugar to the dip if you want it sweeter? Yes absolutely. Feel free to add honey or maple syrup when mixing this together.
- Does this dip last in the fridge? It does! It stays fresh in the fridge for 5 days. We keep a batch in the fridge always because my kids are obsessed.
