Easy 4-ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge made with all gluten-free, dairy-free and plant based-friendly ingredients! You only need dark chocolate, peanut butter, honey and peanut butter cups.

You guys we are making fudge today!!! And some fancy gourmet fudge. Although it does taste pretty gourmet and delicious – it is made with only 4 ingredients and takes minimal effort to whip up.
Oh and might I add that this peanut butter cup fudge is plant-based and gluten-free? YUP! It is literally made all gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients. No grains, no refined sugars besides the peanut butter cups and they get extra fudgy once you leave them out of the freezer for a few minutes before eating.
This fudge is the perfect recipe to make for snacking all the time. We keep it in our freezer 24/7. And I am always grabbing a piece when I want something sweet and a little decadent tasting. But not something that is going to spike my blood sugar like crazy. This uses coconut sugar sweetened chocolate and some manuka honey for sweetener. Plus combined with sea salted creamy peanut butter, the flavor combo is insane!

What ingredients you need to make this easy and healthier fudge recipe:
- 2 cups dark chocolate, chopped or chips (I used this one – code RACHL for free shipping)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (code RACHL for free shipping)
- 4 tablespoons Wedderspoon Manuka Honey (code RACHL for 25% off)
- 1/2 cup crushed peanut butter cups (any you love)
How to make easy chocolate peanut butter fudge:
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30 second increments until melted (I used a large bowl)
- Mix in the peanut butter and honey and mix again to fully combine
- Fold in peanut butter cups
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and grease the sides
- Add the fudge batter to the loaf pan and evenly spread across with spatula or knife
- Add to freezer for at least 1 hour to set then slice and enjoy!
